Referees determine incidental contact that may result from normal run of play
Only the Head Coach may ask the referee questions about rule clarification and interpretations. Players may not question calls.
Flag Obstruction
All Jerseys must be tucked in before play begins. The flags must be on the players hips and free from obstruction. Deliberately obstructed flags will be considered flag guarding.

Peewee Division-The offensive team takes possession of the ball at its 40yard line and has three (3) plays to cross midfield (20 yard line). Once a team crosses midfield, they have (4) plays to score a touchdown in the Red Zone. (2 run plays per each first down)
MinorDivision-The offensive team takes possession of the ball at its 40yard line and has three (3) plays to cross midfield (20 yard line). Once a team crosses midfield, they have (4) plays to score a touchdown in the Red Zone .(1run play per each first down)
Major Division-The offensive team takes possession of the ball at its 50 yard line and has three (3) plays to cross the 35 yard line.From the35 yard line the offense has 3 play sto cross the 20 yard line. Once a team cross the 20 yard line has 4 plays to score in the Red Zone. (1run plays per each first down)
Pro Division-The offensive team takes possession of the ball at its 50 yard line and has three (3) plays to cross the 35 yard line.From the35 yard line the offense has3 plays to cross the 20 yard line. Timeouts

Beginning Game PlayAt the start of each game, captains from both teams shall meet at midfield for the coin toss to determine who will start with the ball. The visiting team willcall the toss.The winner of the coin toss has the choice of offense or defense.
Run PlaysNo Run Zone (Minor & Peewee Division) There are no runs within five yards of the midfield first down (25-20 yard line), or five yards of the goal line (5yard line-Goal line).
No Run Zone (Major & Pro Division) There are no runs within five yards of the first down (40-35 yard line), (25-20 yard line), or five yards of the goal line (5yard line-Goal line).
Runs must be outside of the Tackle, and not directly straight up the middle through the center.
QB can't Run or leave the backfield!!
Penalty within No Run Zone does not allow the Offensive team to use a run.

In the case of an inadvertent whistle, the offense has two options:
a. Take the ball where it was then the whistle blew, and down is replayed.
b. Replay the down from the original line of scrimmage.
Sportsmanship Rule:
If a team is leading by a margin of 25 or more points, the running clock will apply and only stop for charged timeouts.
Misconduct By Players, Managers, and SpectatorsUnsportsmanlike conduct Pushing of players, verbal abuse,or profanity is not tolerated Automatic 10 yard penalty. 2nd Unsportsmanlike is automatic ejection.Overtime
1st Overtime-Coin Toss will be called by home team. Each Team will receive the ball at the 10 yard line and have 2 downs to score. No Runs
